Happy Easter

This year Easter and general conference were on the same weekend, which was nice to have a nice relaxing weekend and be with the fam. We had Janelle for the weekend, which was a lot of fun, she is full of energy, I guess she is preparing me for when Aubrey is her age:) The kids decorated eggs and also went on an egg hunt in the backyard. Luke didn't want to decorate the eggs, I guess he is now too cool to do the kidish stuff:) Easter dinner was wonderful, we had the Hite family over and we had a feast! Happy Easter!

A trip to the zoo

We broke down and bought another annual membership to the zoo. We haven't had one for about 2 years and thought we were done but now we have another kid who is going to love the zoo! It is a great deal if you are planning on going to the zoo a few times a years, which I am sure we will go at least 10 times. I like animals and it is for me just as much as it is for the kids:) Happy zoo days for the leetham family!

Boompa and Nana's visit

We had so much fun when Boompa and Nana came to visit us, they were very excited to see their newest grandchild. They came out Thur. and stayed until Sunday, we kept them pretty busy while they were here. Curt and his dad went to go watch some golf while the rest of us went to the zoo. We had a blast at the zoo as always and we even got to pet some stingrays. We went out to eat and went to Bahama bucks. We watched a movie and went to the mall and the bookstore. Most important is that they got to hold little Aubrey and hang out with all of the kids, the kids love spending time with them and so do we, thanks for the great visit!

Madi's Birthday and Aubrey's blessing

What a special day this was, Aubrey got blessed in the morning and we had Madi's birthday in the afternoon, plus it was on Valentines day! Madi thought it was really neat to have her little sister get blessed on her birthday, she is such a great big sister! I can't believe that Madi is already 9 years old, where does the time go? Madi is such a great helper around the house, if you ask her to do anything she usually does it without complaining. She is so sweet and loving and is always ready to give you a hug or a I love you every day. She also likes to make people laugh and she is very good at it, watch out, you might be her next target! We just love you to pieces Madi and we hope you had a great Birthday!

Curt gave a beautiful blessing for Aubrey, the spirit was felt so strong that day. Aubrey was still and quiet which was nice. Aubrey is such a great baby, always so good and hardly ever cries. She is such a blessing in our lives and we couldn't imagine not having her, she completes our forever family and we all just love her so much.
